Veterinary prescription template for GS-441524
Delpech proposes a prescription template to help veterinarians prepare a prescription. Download the document and send it to your veterinarian by email or WhatsApp, or print it and bring it to your appointment.

- The owner downloads the template and presents it to the veterinarian.
- The veterinarian decides whether treatment is indicated, adapts the template and completes the clinic, owner and cat details, FIP type, preparation, dose, quantity, duration and any renewals; they then date, sign and stamp it.
- Submit the completed and signed prescription for the order, rather than the blank template. The pharmacy checks the documents and confirms the request.
A suggested template, not an issued prescription. The template is a drafting aid, not a mandatory form. The veterinarian adapts it to the applicable requirements and the individual case. Downloading it does not replace a consultation or guarantee pharmacy acceptance. The veterinarian determines the dose and treatment duration.
REQUEST PROGRESS
Submission, acceptance, payment and dispatch are separate stages
- Request submitted
- You have sent the request and prescription. Submission does not mean that the pharmacy has already accepted the order.
- Request accepted
- The pharmacy has checked and accepted the request and communicates the order details and payment instructions.
- Payment confirmed
- The pharmacy has confirmed receipt of payment. Payment confirmation is not a dispatch confirmation.
- Order dispatched
- The pharmacy has confirmed dispatch of the preparation. Check the delivery information communicated for your order.
If the current stage of your request is unclear, ask the pharmacy to confirm it.

Consult your veterinarian
Treatment begins with an assessment of the cat by a veterinarian.
When the veterinarian considers the use of GS-441524 indicated, they determine the dosage form, concentration, dose and quantity and issue the required prescription.

Create an account
Access the portal indicated by Pharmacie Delpech and select the “Create account” option.
Enter the requested information exactly in the format indicated by the portal.
For the telephone number and other contact details, follow the format displayed in the form at the time of registration.

Submit the request and prescription
After creating the account, select “Create request” and upload the completed and signed prescription issued by the veterinarian.
Check that the document is legible and that your contact details and delivery address are correct. Keep the submission confirmation and request reference, if provided.
Submitting the request does not mean that the pharmacy has accepted it, received payment or dispatched the preparation.

Wait for the pharmacy to accept the request
The pharmacy checks the prescription and request. If it asks for clarification or additional documents, respond through the channel it indicates; contact the prescribing veterinarian if the prescription needs clarification.
Wait for the pharmacy to confirm acceptance and the preparation, quantity, price, shipping cost and payment instructions for your order.

Make payment and check its confirmation
Pay using the method and instructions communicated by the pharmacy after the request has been accepted.
Keep the payment confirmation. If the payment status is unclear, ask the pharmacy to check it. Confirmation of payment does not mean that the preparation has been dispatched.

Compounding, dispatch and delivery
After validating the prescription and confirming payment, the pharmacy individually compounds the prescribed preparation.
The pharmacy will communicate the shipping cost and estimated delivery time for your address. Processing and compounding time is separate from transit time.
Wait for dispatch confirmation from the pharmacy and check any shipment tracking information provided. For questions about delivery or a delay, contact the pharmacy using your order reference.

During treatment
The cat’s weight may change significantly during recovery.
The dose must be reassessed according to the cat’s current weight and clinical progress, as directed by the veterinarian.
CHECKS ON RECEIPT
After receiving the preparation
- Check the condition of the packaging and that the label is present and legible. Report any damage or missing information to the pharmacy.
- Check the identifying details and the preparation received against the prescription and order confirmation: dosage form, concentration and quantity. Ask the pharmacy to clarify any discrepancy.
- Read the expiry date and storage conditions on the label and in the supplied instructions. If they are missing or unclear, ask the pharmacy for clarification.
Clarify discrepancies before administration. Medical questions, including those about dose, administration, progress or observed reactions, should be addressed to the attending veterinarian.
